Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of lady sales executives
Drive membership enrollment targets for Saffal products
Plan and execute field sales, counter sales, and promotional activities
Monitor daily sales performance, team productivity, and reporting
Conduct team meetings, motivation sessions, and training programs
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for sales campaigns
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality
Expand the membership base across residential, retail, and institutional segments
