Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage a team of lady sales executives Drive membership enrollment targets for Saffal products Plan and execute field sales, counter sales, and promotional activities Monitor daily sales performance, team productivity, and reporting Conduct team meetings, motivation sessions, and training programs Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for sales campaigns Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service quality Expand the membership base across residential, retail, and institutional segments
Eligibility Criteria

Gender:

Female candidates only

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years in sales, field sales, FMCG, or membership sales Prior experience in team handling is mandatory Strong communication and leadership skills Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities
Preferred Background

FMCG, Food, Retail, Insurance, Telecom, Banking, or membership-based sales Experience in B2C and/or B2B sales Knowledge of the Kerala market will be an added advantage
