:
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from potential customers.
Understand client requirements and explain project details clearly.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and interactions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth follow-up.
Support the sales team in closing deals by providing accurate information.
Achieve pre-sales targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate pre-sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a plus.
This is WFO (Jayanagar) / We do not have WFH options.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
