We are seeking a responsible and caring

Lady Warden

to manage and supervise the girls' hostel. The ideal candidate should ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of the students residing in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel Ensure safety, discipline, and proper conduct of hostel residents Address students' concerns and provide emotional support Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the hostel Coordinate with school authorities and support staff as needed

Requirements:

Graduate with prior experience in hostel management or student care Strong sense of responsibility and discipline Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to stay on campus and relocate to Kolhapur Immediate joiners preferred
