Job Summary:

The Lady Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and visitors. She will monitor and control access, perform security checks, and respond to incidents, with a focus on areas requiring female presence for privacy or cultural reasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entry of employees, visitors, and other persons.

Conduct security checks, especially in female-designated areas.

Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities.

Maintain logs of daily activities and irregularities.

Assist in emergency situations (fire, evacuation, medical).

Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies.

Provide a sense of security and assistance to female employees and visitors.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10th pass (or as per organization's requirement).

Prior experience in security preferred.

Physically fit and alert.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
