Job Overview

We are seeking a polite, organized, and professional Lady Front Office Staff to join our medical clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing online appointments, handling medicine-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude upon arrival. Manage online appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling through our clinic's software or website. Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate medicine-related requests (e.g., prescription refills, availability queries). Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient care. Handle billing, process payments (cash, card, or insurance), and issue receipts. Keep the front office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking of office or medical supplies. Follow up with patients for appointment reminders or feedback as needed.
Qualifications

Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software, MS Office (Word, Excel), and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism. Fluency in English and malayalam to cater to diverse patients. Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹8,505.04 - ₹15,000.00 per month
