Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Gender: Female

Salary: ?16,000 - ?17,000 per month

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Sunday Off

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

Freshers NOT allowed

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Field

Age limit: 22 to 27 years

Must be presentable, smart, and confident

Fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali

Must be currently residing in Kolkata

Strong customer handling and follow-up skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Sales coordination and client interaction experience

Professional attitude with a pleasing personality

Job Details:

Call customers for regular follow-ups on enquiries, quotations, and visits

Prepare and generate quotations and share them with clients on time

Coordinate with customers regarding product details, pricing, and availability

Update all customer interactions, follow-ups, and daily tasks in the company software/CRM system

Manage customer data accurately and ensure proper system updates

Assist walk-in customers by explaining and showing products when they visit the showroom

Handle customer queries and provide suitable product recommendations

In the absence of a sales executive, take responsibility for showing materials and guiding customers

Ensure smooth communication between customers, sales executives, and the internal team

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times
