Requirements:
Proven experience as a multi-cuisine Chef
Strong knowledge of Indian, Italian, Chinese & Thai cuisines
Prior international work experience is mandatory
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
