We are now expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a highly experienced designer who can bring innovation, expertise, and finesse to our projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Tailoring/Draping Master

with hands-on expertise in

western wear, draping, and couture dressmaking

. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, cutting, stitching, and finishing complete designer garments from scratch. This is a creative yet highly technical role for someone who can independently manage design projects from idea to final garment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and create

western outfits, couture dresses, and draped garments

with originality and high precision. Handle the

end-to-end garment process

: fabric selection, pattern-making, draping, cutting, stitching, fitting, and finishing. Innovate in styles, cuts, and silhouettes aligned with modern fashion trends. Supervise samples, ensure

perfect fit and quality control

for every piece. Collaborate with the creative team and contribute to workshops, fashion shoots, and training content. Manage timelines and deliver designs within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 + years

of professional experience in fashion design and dressmaking. Strong expertise in

western wear, gowns, couture dresses, and draping techniques

. Proven ability to stitch designer dresses

independently from scratch

(not just sketching or pattern-making). Advanced knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, finishing, and embellishments. Creative flair with a

strong portfolio

of past work. Ability to guide and mentor junior designers or assistants if required. Good communication skills and basic English proficiency (preferred).

Education

Minimum 12th pass; professional diploma/degree in fashion design is preferred but not mandatory if skill & portfolio are exceptional.

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month
