Job Role:
We are looking for an
experienced Ladies Tailor
who can stitch designer and traditional Indian wear with neat finishing and fitting. The tailor should be sincere, loyal, and ready to take up new design challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
Stitching blouses, lehengas, gowns, indo-western and ethnic outfits with precision.
Ensuring proper fitting for customers.
Supervising helper tailors when required.
Coordinating with the designer and karigars for embroidery and finishing.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the tailoring area.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in women's ethnic or bridal wear stitching.
Good understanding of garment finishing, lining, and fitting.
Honest, reliable, and long-term mindset toward the boutique.
Willing to learn new styles and patterns.
Basic communication skills to coordinate with the team and customers.
