Make sure all residents follow hostel rules (curfew, guests, cleanliness, etc.).
Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Ensure proper safety measures (fire drills, emergency exits) are followed.
Help maintain a clean and healthy environment for the residents.
Keep records of residents, room assignments, and any incidents.
Organize activities to create a positive atmosphere among residents.
