About the department Global IT India is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The position is anchored in LABs Delivery I department within Manufacturing IT GBS LABs (Laboratory Solutions). In LABs Delivery I department you will be part of a highly engaged team managing LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for PS and R&D, supporting LIMS system which is core to the laboratory and production processes in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of a team managing operation, maintenance, and development of GxP critical IT systems, including system corrections and releases as well as the support process in Agile methodology. The Position As a LabVantage developer, you will be responsible for providing Functional and technical support, change requests and enhancements for PEMS/LabVantage out of Product Supply - Manufacturing IT providing Functional and technical support, Change requests and enhancements for PEMS/LabVantage out of Product Supply - Manufacturing IT department in Corporate IT, India in co-operation with Product Supply - Manufacturing IT department in Corporate IT, India in co-operation with Product Supply - Manufacturing IT department in Corporate IT, Denmark. You will also be entrusted with the following responsibilities: Provide World-class support for LabVantage systems and Work on any system enhancements and improvements You will be part of POCs for systems being interfaced to PEMS and Improve support database by contributing with improvements and workarounds. Drive/participate in work related to implementation of System enhancements or feature releases. Responsible for the delivery of System and Support services and ensuring that they meet business requirement in co-ordination with Line of Business Co-Ordinate Day to Day execution of the Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Test Co-ordination/ Validation and Co-ordinate and help in Audits. Prepare and update User Manuals, Co-ordination with Vendors, stakeholders, Users and Line of Business. Qualifications You will be holding a bachelor's or masters' degree in relevant field. Overall, 6-7 years of experience relevant of 5 years of experience in leading system support and development teams of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) configured on LabVantage. 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred. Excellent laboratory business process understanding and demonstrative pro-activeness and ownership. Good communication and collaborative skills. Knowledge of Java, Python and related technologies used for development and support of LabVantage solution. Pharma Domain experience preferred.
