Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Production Line Supervisor to oversee daily labour operations on the shop floor, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maintain discipline, productivity, and safety across shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise day-to-day activities of factory workers and machine operators.

? Allocate tasks, manage shift schedules, and ensure production targets are met.

? Maintain discipline and monitor worker attendance, punctuality, and conduct.

? Ensure proper usage of uniforms, gloves, masks, and other PPE at all times.

? Conduct safety briefings and enforce SOPs for machine handling and material movement.

? Act as the liaison between Plant Head and workers, escalating any issues or conflicts.

? Record daily output logs, worker performance, and shift summaries.

? Assist in training new workers and helping underperforming staff.

? Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and order on the production floor.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

? 12th pass or graduate; additional technical certification preferred

? 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup

? Strong team handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

? Hindi and Telugu fluency required; basic English preferred

Metric Target

? Daily attendance compliance 95%+ worker availability

? Production output tracking Accurate reports submitted daily

? Worker grievance resolution.

? All escalated cases addressed within 24 hrs

? Shift discipline & hygiene Zero violations logged by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
