Address employee grievances related to health, hygiene, safety, and welfare facilities.
Act as a liaison between workers, management, and government labour authorities.
Maintain all registers and records related to welfare activities and ensure compliance during inspections.
Organize awareness drives, training programs, and health camps to enhance employee well-being.
