Responsibility- :

Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of unskilled and semi-skilled labor, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to company policies and regulations.

Requirements -

Direct and supervise a group of unskilled and semi-skilled workers. Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient and safe operations. Manage scheduling and allocation of resources. Provide guidance and support to team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and procedures. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions. Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency and productivity. Resolve operational issues and implement improvements.
Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities. Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices. Report any safety hazards or incidents. Provide training and guidance on safe work procedures.
