Job Title: Labour Supervisor (Manpower Provider)

We are looking for a Labour Supervisor who can manage and provide manpower for our plant operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, deploying, and supervising labourers to ensure smooth day-to-day activities at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and supply skilled/unskilled manpower as per plant requirements.

Maintain attendance and work records of all deployed labour.

Ensure workers follow safety and discipline at the site.

Coordinate with HR/Operations for daily manpower needs.

Handle wage distribution and resolve labour-related issues.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Supervise work progress and report to the plant manager regularly.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in labour supervision or manpower supply.

Ability to manage large groups of workers effectively.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of basic documentation and attendance tracking.

Preferably having own network of available labourers.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and manpower capacity)
