Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Team Management:

Supervises daily activities of labor crews, including hiring, training, onboarding, and scheduling shifts.

Task Assignment:

Allocates tasks based on worker skill levels and project requirements.

Safety Compliance:

Ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, conducts, safety meetings, and addresses hazardous conditions.

Operations & Quality Control:

Monitors performance to meet quality standards, project goals, and deadlines.

Inventory & Equipment:

Manages tools, materials, and equipment maintenance, ensuring availability for daily tasks.

Reporting:

Reports project progress, issues, and performance metrics to management.

Location: Bundi & Chittorgarh (Rajasthan)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
