Good to have: Basic Odia/Bhojpuri/Bengali understanding (for Orissa/Bihar/bengali labour)
Key Responsibilities:
Daily labour attendance & discipline (including female production staff)
Controlling Orissa/Bihar workers, preventing absconding
Leave approval control (as per company rules)
Manpower allocation across units as per Factory Manager's plan
