Develop recruitment strategies based on labour demand and project timelines
Source skilled and unskilled labour through various channels
Verify identity documents, qualifications, and previous work experience
Ensure candidates meet eligibility criteria for specific roles and project requirements
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on recruitment status and labour availability
Report labour attrition, absenteeism, and other critical data to HR
Willingness to travel daily
