Create Pool & Networks of Labours for immediate hire Ensure daily and weekly labour headcount targets are met as per requirements.
Travel to Connect with different villages, industrial zones, ITI colleges and labour markets for sourcing
Build and maintain a pipeline pool of reliable labour contractors and agents
Conduct on-ground recruitment drives and job fairs in nearby regions
Maintain a backup pool to address absenteeism and no-shows
Coordinate with internal HR for handover of new recruits for documentation and induction
Track new joiner attendance and retention in the first 30 days
Manage timely reporting of daily recruitment status and contractor performance
Skills & Qualifications:
Dynamic Networking passionate.
Min. 3-7 years' experience in labour recruitment.
Strong local network and knowledge of labour hubs
Effective communication in Marathi and Hindi
High energy, persuasive, result-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel.
Gender Preference: Male (due to field-intensive work)
