Coordinate with production, maintenance, HR, and quality control teams to address issues proactively and streamline operations.
Maintain accurate labour records and prepare concise reports on manpower utilization and efficiency for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in labour or operations management within spinning mills or textile industries.
Strong understanding of Indian labour regulations and compliance frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Proficiency in basic reporting tools or ERP/MIS systems preferred.
