LLB(Bachelor Of Laws)/ LLM (Master OF Laws) specialized in labour law, Employment Law, Or Industrial Relations .Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, research, and communication skills. Prior Experience of practice in labour court. Recruitment can be on a Full time or Part-time basis.
Experience
Minimum 3 years as legal advisor in any school or organization with working experience in PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Law, etc.
New Employee Registration on EPFO / ESIC portal , calculation of PF to be paid to employees on monthly basis, claim Settlement of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Filing of Challan and returns with Government Offices etc
Labour Law compliances and attending Labour court when required.
Provide assistance in all legal matters and advice in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, agreements, etc. Drafting Correspondence in legal matters. Scheduling, coordinating and confirming court dates, appointments and meetings.
Maintenance of staff personal files
Processing of Staff Agreements, Appointments and Resignations etc
Salary Sheet Preparation, Pay Slip Preparation and Issue
Preparation and Renewal of agreements for conveyance, AMC's, Rent etc
Renewal of Certificates.
Managing Labour Law Notices and Cases
Representing the school in Court cases.
Handling Disciplinary cases/matters
Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports) and MTRs (Monthly Task Reports).
