We're seeking a Factory Labourer to join our team involved in the production of medical or pharmaceutical products. As a Factory Labourer, you'll assist in manufacturing processes, ensure cleanliness, and support overall operations in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Manufacturing Support:

- Assist in production processes like packaging, labeling, and handling of medical/pharmaceutical products.

- Operate equipment and machinery as required and under supervision.

2. Cleanliness & Hygiene:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the factory as per regulatory norms.

- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.

3. Material Handling:

- Handle raw materials, finished goods, and supplies as needed.

- Ensure proper storage and movement of materials.

4. Safety Compliance:

- Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

- Report any safety concerns or incidents.

Requirements:1. Physical Capability:

- Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a factory environment.

2. Attention to Detail:

- Attention to detail for tasks like labeling, packaging.

3. Compliance:

- Willingness to follow GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

4. Basic Education:

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
