Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Labour Contractor

to support our manufacturing operations by sourcing, mobilizing, and managing

skilled and unskilled manpower

from

different states or local sources

, as per factory requirements, on a

permanent basis

. The role requires strong coordination skills, effective workforce management, and a well-established manpower network.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, mobilize, and deploy skilled and unskilled manpower from different states or local sources as per factory manpower requirements. Ensure uninterrupted manpower availability and arrange timely replacements when required. Supervise workforce attendance, deployment, and on-site discipline. Maintain manpower-related records and coordination documentation. Coordinate with internal HR, Admin, and Operations teams for effective manpower planning and deployment. Ensure adherence to site-level safety guidelines and workforce conduct standards.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility:

Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements. Preferred age range:

35-40 years

. Native of

Jedcherla, Mahboob Nagar

preferred.

Mandatory:

Proficiency in

Hindi

(spoken). Working knowledge of

Telugu and English

preferred. Minimum educational qualification:

10th standard and above

. Strong local and inter-state manpower sourcing network.
