Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage and coordinate with multiple labour vendors and ensure smooth deployment across all project sites. Handle high-level labour issues, disputes, and negotiations with vendors and local representatives. Supervise labour tracking systems for attendance, productivity, and cost control. Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws, PF/ESIC, and safety protocols. Oversee all admin operations including material coordination, office/site logistics, and documentation. Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates for management review. Act as a bridge between the field team, site engineers, and the company's senior management. Maintain strong relations with local authorities, suppliers, and community leaders.

Requirements



Minimum 5+ years of experience in labour management and construction admin roles. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. In-depth knowledge of site management, labour laws, compliance, and vendor contracts. Proficient in Excel, Word, and general reporting. Language: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (English preferred). Willingness to travel to project sites across locations.
