Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses. Prepare specimens and samples according to standard protocols. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (e.g., microscopes, centrifuges, analyzers). Record, analyze, and interpret data accurately. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and results. Ensure laboratory cleanliness and adhere to safety and quality control standards. Assist senior scientists or medical professionals with experiments and research projects. Manage inventory and order lab supplies as needed. Comply with all regulatory and safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA, GLP, HIPAA if applicable).

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or related field. Prior lab experience is preferred. Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems (LIS), if applicable.
