We are hiring a Laboratory Technician for our Biscuit Manufacturing Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
Performing Chemical & Microbiological testing of raw materials and Finished products.
Record and maintain laboratory test reports and quality data
Ensure laboratory hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
Coordinate with production to resolve quality-related issues
Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards
Eligibility:
Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
Experience in food manufacturing laboratory preferred
Knowledge of quality control and food safety practices
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
