About Company:
One of our customers, headquartered in the UAE, operates in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
An Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, genetics, or a related field.
Required 3-6 Years of Experience as a Lab Technician.
Previous experience in a molecular biology or PCR laboratory is preferred.
Proficiency in PCR techniques, primer design, and experimental setup.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to laboratory safety and adherence to protocols.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
Proficient in English
Good written and verbal communication
Experience with Microsoft office tools (Excel / Word)
Ability to work in teams
Ability to work under pressure
Customer oriented attitude
Key Competencies:
Conducting PCR experiments including DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, and gel electrophoresis, ensuring accurate documentation and quality control.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment while managing biological samples and maintaining detailed inventory records.
Collaborate with research teams, adhere to safety protocols, and support data analysis and troubleshooting as needed
