Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Overall supervision and coordination of day-to-day laboratory operations Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting of laboratory investigations Supervise and guide lab technicians and support staff Ensure compliance with NABL/ISO standards, hospital policies, and statutory requirements Maintain quality control, internal audits, and documentation Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting Ensure proper sample collection, handling, storage, and disposal Coordinate with clinicians for critical values and urgent reports Manage inventory, reagents, and consumables Train staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and new technologies Maintain laboratory safety, infection control, and bio-medical waste management.

Strong leadership and team management skills Sound knowledge of laboratory quality systems and accreditation standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and documentation skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
