Description
We are looking for an environmental professional to join the team who will carry out all the activities at our calibration laboratory and assist in various air quality-related studies. Male candidates interested in working in a laboratory environment are preferred.
Responsibilities
Overall in charge of Oizom calibration laboratory & related activities
Carry out gaseous and particulate matter calibration at the laboratory
Assist in the management and development of the calibration infrastructure
Carry out regular checks of the calibration system and gas cylinders and ensure proper maintenance of the same
Keep track of all the materials coming in and out of the laboratory and ensure their safety
Assist in keeping the calibration laboratory documentation up to date (including calibration reports, manuals, certificates, and MSDS)
Assist in sensor research initiatives, sensor evaluation studies, and any other research and calibration experiments assigned
Requirements
B.Tech / B.E. /BSc in Environment
Experience in working in a calibration or environmental laboratory is preferred
Ability to work hands-on and multi-task in an energetic and start-up environment
Motivated, self-starter and is comfortable working and learning independently.
Good oral and written communication skills
