Responsibilities :

• Management of daily LAB activities as per ISO 17025, develop contact with HO & Asian team, create requirements, trained people.
• Maintain projects, prepare & Implement test plans (TP) in collaboration with Project Manager, SSA LAB & Asian Team.
• Arrange the product certification from ext LAB. Manage LAB NABL accreditation, BIS certification
• Manage & Develop Test automation means for quick and fast testing required.
• Make efficient in LabVIEW, Test Stand and Automation products.
• Identify special and critical team skills.
• Manage the community of practice on accepted topics
• Management of Switchgear product testing
• Automatization of Testing to reduce test time and improve test efficiency.
• Responsible for Test bench specification preparation, vendor identification, development with supplier and commissioning.
• Management of inhouse and off shore product testing
• Knowledge of NABL and BIS certification

Qualifications :
Bachelor of Electrical / Electronic Engineering
