Dreams Dental Studio - SmileForge Pvt Ltd is a state-of-the-art dental laboratory specializing in high-quality prosthetic solutions. We work closely with clinicians and technicians to deliver precision-crafted dental restorations for both local and international clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Familiarity with dental prosthetics, lab processes, and CAD/CAM systems is an advantage.
Troubleshoot workflow or production-related challenges to maintain efficiency.
Coordinate daily operations of the dental lab, ensuring smooth workflow between technicians, clinicians, and clients.
Monitor production schedules, prioritize cases, and ensure timely delivery of prosthetic work.
Maintain accurate records of cases, materials, and client communications.
Communicate with clients and clinicians to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Assist in training and supervising lab staff to maintain quality standards.
Support implementation of SOPs, quality protocols, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in dental lab coordination/management.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
