The key responsibilities include. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards. Monitor and maintain the quality of processes and products throughout production. Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory testing. Analysis and Testing: Perform chemical analysis and testing of samples using various laboratory techniques and equipment. Document and analyze test results, maintaining accurate and detailed records. Identify deviations from specifications and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Instrumentation: Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Calibrate and validate equipment to ensure accuracy in testing procedures. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all laboratory activities. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to quality control. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and certifications relevant to the food and beverages sector, ensuring that our products meet all safety and quality requirements. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions. Provide support during internal and external audits. Skills and Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of QA principles and laboratory techniques. Knowledge of FMCG or Pharma industry standards and regulations. Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and maintaining records. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
