Job Overview:

We are looking for Labelling Machine Operator with 2-5 years of experience to operate and maintain our labelling machine while assisting workers to ensure maximum production output. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, hands-on with machine operation and minor repairs, and open to working in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the labelling machine efficiently to achieve maximum production output. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure smooth machine functioning. Keep track of daily production entries and machine performance records. Assist and coordinate with workers on the production line to improve efficiency. Identify and report machine faults or issues for timely resolution. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the machine and work area.
Work Hours & Overtime:

Standard duty hours: 8.5 hours per shift Overtime possible: Up to 12 hours when required. Overtime is paid as per company policy.
Requirements:

1-5 years of experience welcome. Basic knowledge of machine operations, repairs, and troubleshooting. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to assist workers and contribute to team productivity. Hardworking and adaptable to factory work conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
