Labeller Machine Operator

3-5 Years in Labelling Machines (Beverage / FMCG)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

automatic labelling machines

(Front/Back, Wraparound, Sleeve, or Roll-fed). Set machine parameters, adjust label alignment, and manage changeovers for different bottle sizes. Ensure labels are applied accurately, bubble-free, and within quality guidelines. Troubleshoot machine issues related to label feed, cutter, glue unit, heating tunnel, or sensors. Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with production team to maintain required output and reduce downtime. Inspect labels for quality defects--misalignment, wrinkles, missing labels, or incorrect placement. Maintain production records and report any abnormalities. Ensure machine sanitation and follow hygiene & safety standards of beverage industry.

Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience with

labeling systems

(e.g., Sidel, Krones, Packlab, Sacmi, etc.). Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and sensor-related issues. Good understanding of labeling parameters, adhesives, sleeve materials & printing. Basic mechanical knowledge to handle minor repairs. Ability to work under pressure with high-speed bottling lines.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as Labeller Machine Operator in beverage/FMCG. Experience with high-speed bottling line preferred. Willingness to work in shifts.
