General Description: Lead Engineer will be part of an excellent, highly motivated, highly skilled team of engineers who are committed to delivering tactical wireless equipment to Law enforcement agencies across the World.
Responsibilities:
To Interact and collaborate with developers and project managers to evaluate the feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for testing.
To Enhance and extend system tests & automation library of various cellular/ 3GPP and IEEE based products
To Integrate and validate new tests and help manage and improve test suites for upcoming Features/ Products
To Oversee test execution and results reporting of new software releases. Analyse failures and provide/record all the necessary information to the dev teams
To Solve and improve test system robustness problems
To develop and maintain Python based test frameworks and test cases automation.
To develop test APIs for GUI applications.
To develop test APIs to automate external network hardware elements.
To analyse and debug failure logs and provide technical solutions and fixes for it.
To lead the engineers to test next generation products by Guiding, Grooming and Mentoring the team
Requirements and Skills:
5-8 years of experience
Experience in leading, growing and mentoring a team
QA Experience in Wireless/ 3GPP & IEEE Technologies
Strong Python fundamentals
Experience in Scripting (PY, C or C++) to automate test scenarios
Strong systems-level experience
Ability to work in dynamic and agile environment
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Selenium is a plus
Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA(Computer Science, Information Science, EC, EEE)
