Minimum 2 years in Lab Testing / QA / QC in FMCG (Food, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.)
Salary:
?25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skillset and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine lab testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Conduct microbiological and chemical analysis as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain records of test results and prepare lab reports for internal audit purposes.
Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.) with proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations applicable to FMCG manufacturing.
Calibrate lab equipment regularly and maintain inventory of testing reagents and tools.
Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement and corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP).
Hands-on experience with lab equipment like HPLC, pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.
Good understanding of audit protocols and quality control systems.
Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, ERP entry preferred).
Education Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or equivalent.
