DMEK Preparation: Expertly peel Descemet's membrane to create DMEK (Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty) scrolls under microscopic guidance. Evaluation: Conduct pre- and post-cut specular microscopy and slit-lamp examinations to ensure endothelial cell density and tissue quality meet surgical standards.
2. Amniotic Membrane Preparation

Processing: Harvest, clean, and process donor amniotic membranes for therapeutic use. Preservation: Manage the dehydration or cryopreservation of membranes according to established SOPs. Quality Control: Ensure all grafts are sterile and properly sized for clinical applications.
3. Wet Lab & Recovery Support

Instructional Support: Set up and oversee the Wet Lab environment for eye bank training and cornea recovery simulations. Tissue Recovery: Assist in or lead the surgical recovery of donor eye tissue, ensuring maximum viability and aseptic technique.
4. Lab Maintenance & Compliance
