Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine laboratory tests, analyses, and experiments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Prepare and test samples (chemical, biological, or material-based depending on the lab type). Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment. Record and analyze data accurately, ensuring high-quality and reliable results. Assist in developing and validating new test methods. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the laboratory. Follow all regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Support senior lab personnel in technical research or production-related testing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma / B.Sc in

Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT)

,

Biotechnology

,

Chemistry

, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers can also apply for junior roles). Familiarity with laboratory equipment, instruments, and safety measures. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, LIMS preferred). Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
