We are looking for a dedicated

Lab Technician Trainee

to join our family clinic in Ernakulam. The trainee must have

successfully completed their Lab Technician course

and should be eager to gain hands-on experience in a clinical laboratory setting. This role offers practical training under the supervision of senior lab professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting blood, urine, stool, and other samples. Support in performing basic laboratory tests and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sterility of lab equipment and work areas. Prepare reagents, slides, and samples for analysis. Enter and update patient test details in the software system. Follow proper safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols. Assist senior technicians in routine lab operations. Handle sample labeling, storage, and disposal as per guidelines.

Requirements:

Must have

completed the DMLT/MLT course

. Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Ready to travel occasionally to nearby branches, if required (optional--remove if not needed).
