Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in IVF laboratory procedures under the supervision of senior embryologists Prepare, label, and maintain culture media, reagents, and laboratory consumables Handle and process biological samples (semen, oocytes, embryos) following SOPs Operate, clean, and maintain IVF laboratory equipment and instruments Maintain strict aseptic techniques and laboratory cleanliness Monitor laboratory conditions including temperature, gas levels, and humidity Accurately document procedures, reports, and quality control records Follow all safety, ethical, and regulatory guidelines of IVF/ART labs Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor's or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Life Sciences, Biology, or related field Prior experience in IVF or fertility lab preferred (training may be provided for suitable candidates) Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and infection control practices Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive materials responsibly Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required Good communication and teamwork skills
