Roles & Responsibilities
Collect, label, and process blood, urine, semen, and other samples
Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard protocols
Assist in specialized tests (Hormonal, Semen analysis, Biochemistry, Hematology, etc.)
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
Record test results accurately in registers / software
Follow infection control and safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of lab area
Report abnormal results immediately to doctors
Manage lab inventory (reagents, kits, consumables)
Ensure quality control and calibration of instruments
Skills Required
Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
