ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Mix dyes and chemicals, create color recipes, and conduct trials to match shades and test color fastness.
Perform color matching, quality checks, and data analysis to ensure consistency and troubleshoot dyeing problems.
Keep detailed records of processes, results, and new shade developments.
Use and maintain lab equipment like spectrophotometers, dyeing machines, and computer color matching software.
