Experience Required:
0-3 Years (Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine laboratory tests including
blood tests, urine tests, stool tests, swab tests
, and other diagnostic procedures.
Handle
sample collection
, labeling, storage, and processing.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment (CBC Analyzer, Biochemistry Analyzer, Hematology, etc.).
Ensure accurate test results and maintain
high-quality reporting standards
.
Follow safety protocols, hygiene standards, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain patient records and update digital lab management systems.
Assist walk-in patients with sample collection and test information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
DMLT / BMLT / MLT Certification
(Mandatory).
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and medical testing.
Ability to handle equipment and perform tests accurately.
Good communication skills and professional behavior.
Must be
female
(as per clinic requirements).
Willing to work in a fast-paced lab environment.
