Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collect blood, urine, stool, and other biological samples from patients Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and timely reporting of test results Assist pathologists and doctors in diagnostic testing and investigations Maintain laboratory cleanliness, sterility, and organization Manage laboratory inventory, reagents, and consumables Handle, store, and dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT)

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in laboratory testing and equipment handling Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends Good communication and patient-handling skills Ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment

Experience

candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a hospital laboratory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
