Responsible for executing laboratory activities related to cell culture, vector handling and in-process testing under the supervision of the Technical Supervisor while maintaining aseptic and GMP compliance.

Perform aseptic handling of human cells under BSL-2+ conditions. Perform T-cell isolation, activation, transduction and expansion. Prepare and sterilize(as & when required) culture media, buffers and reagents.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for documentation, deviation management and CAPA

Operate and maintain lab equipment (centrifuge, incubator, BSC etc.). Support in-process controls (viability, cell count, flow cytometry sampling, endotoxin testing, etc.). Maintain accurate logbooks, batch records and reagent preparation records Follow and record activities as per approved SOPs and BMRs. Report deviations, equipment issues or contamination events immediately. Follow GMP and biosafety procedures strictly. Participate in cleaning, sanitization and environmental monitoring activities. Label and segregate biological waste for proper disposal. Assist in sample transport, material management and equipment calibration. Support QA/QC in sampling, testing and documentation during manufacturing runs. Participate in training programs.
