Phlebotomy & Sample Collection

Perform safe and hygienic blood sample collection from patients of all ages.

Follow proper venipuncture techniques and maintain minimal discomfort to patients.
*

Label, handle, and transport samples according to laboratory protocols.
*

Laboratory Responsibilities

Receive, register, and process patient samples.
*

Perform routine tests (hematology, biochemistry, urine/stool tests, rapid tests, semen analysis, etc.).
*

Assist in maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
*

Prepare slides, stains, and reagents as required.
*

Maintain strict quality control and follow NABL-guideline-aligned procedures (if applicable).
*

Ensure accurate data entry and timely reporting of results.

Patient Interaction & Coordination

Communicate politely and professionally with patients.
*

Guide patients regarding sample collection instructions when required.
*

Coordinate with reception and doctors regarding urgent or special test requirements.
*

Maintenance & Housekeeping

Maintain cleanliness and safety within the lab.
*

Follow all infection-control and biomedical waste management protocols.
*

Ensure inventory and stock management of lab consumables.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
