Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction & Care:

Greet patients, explain procedures, build trust, and calm anxious individuals.

Blood Collection:

Perform venipuncture and capillary draws efficiently, finding suitable veins and using sterile equipment.

Sample Management:

Accurately label, process, store, and transport blood samples for testing.

Data & Documentation:

Enter patient details, test orders, and results into computer systems; maintain detailed records.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow strict infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA).

Inventory & Support:

Manage phlebotomy supplies, maintain equipment, and provide clerical/technical support.

Training:

Potentially train new phlebotomists on techniques and safety.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
