Key Responsibilities

Sample Collection and Processing:

Collecting patient samples, such as blood, tissue, and other bodily fluids, then preparing and processing them for analysis.

Performing Tests:

Conducting a variety of laboratory tests according to standard procedures and protocols to analyze samples.

Equipment Operation:

Operating, calibrating, and maintaining various laboratory instruments, including automated equipment and microscopes.

Data Management:

Accurately recording, logging, and managing test data and results in patients' medical records.

Quality Control:

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of test results by performing quality control checks and monitoring procedures.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhering to all laboratory safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and organizational policies, including handling hazardous waste.

Reporting:

Interpreting and presenting findings, preparing reports based on laboratory tests, and discussing results with physicians.

Lab Maintenance:

Maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and adequate supply levels within the laboratory environment.
Minimum Qualification required : Bsc MLT

Required 1-3 years experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
