BMLT or DMLT must.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques - Label and process samples for laboratory testing

- Maintain accurate records and logs of sample collection and processing - Provide exceptional patient care and communication

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective sample collection -- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of sample collection and processing

- Accurately perform pipetting tasks, including:

- Measuring and transferring precise volumes of blood or other fluids

- Handling and preparing samples for testing or analysis

- Maintaining accurate records of pipetting activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or phlebotomy certification preferred

- 0-2 years of phlebotomy experience; new graduates with training in phlebotomy also considered

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software

Must Have:-

Can do demonstration, training of other technicians, Installation Of Device, Basic troubleshooting and Maintenance of CBC and Biochemistry Analyser.

- Field Work Ready: Willingness and ability to conduct fieldwork as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various environments.
- Willingness to Travel: Prepared to stay in other states for extended periods as needed to support project requirements

Pay: ?10,333.58 - ?20,000.00 per month
