Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and advanced laboratory tests including:
Free Fatty Acid (FFA) analysis
Moisture content determination
Iodine value measurement
Sediment testing
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision.
Record, interpret, and report test results accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of
hands-on laboratory experience
in oil and fat analysis.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and industry standards.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
